BCBA/LBA — Adult DDA Behavior Support
Harford and Montgomery counties • Part-time or full-time • Hybrid flexibility for eligible indirect work • Full-time W-2: $95,000–$115,000 • Hourly or contract options considered. Active BCBA and Maryland LBA (or eligibility) required. Adult DDA experience preferred; pediatric ABA BCBAs transitioning to adult services are encouraged to apply.
RBT / Behavior Technician
Community-based adult DDA support • Flexible assignments, with part-time and possible full-time schedules • Up to $35/hour depending on credentials, experience, schedule, and assignment. Active RBT preferred; experienced direct-support or behavioral professionals may be considered. Reliable transportation required.
