Bring your clinical skills to assessment, person-centered behavior support, and coaching caregivers and support professionals.

Clinicians transitioning to adult services are encouraged to apply.

Location: Serving all of Maryland. Tell us your preferred counties.
Schedule: Part-time or full-time.
Compensation: $95,000–$115,000 full-time W-2 salary range.
Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, plus a 401(k) retirement plan.
Flexibility: Hybrid flexibility for eligible indirect work.
Qualifications: Maryland LBA (or eligibility), LCSW, or LCPC. Adult DDA experience preferred.

Community-based support

Flexible assignments, with part-time and possible full-time schedules. Up to $35/hour depending on credentials, experience, schedule, and assignment.

Active RBT preferred; experienced direct-support or behavioral professionals may be considered. Reliable transportation required.
